Crystal Healing is a beautiful calming and relaxing experience where Various crystals are placed on and around a fully clothed persons body to induce deep relaxation and help to release stress , pain and built up negative energy, 

It helps to bring balance within the physical and subtle bodies known as the chakra system and the aura

Crystals may be used singular or in grid patterns. 

The crystals are placed on sites of pain or on subtle energy vortexes called Chakras . 

Crystals absorb and direct energy to our energy fields to enable an out of balance body to find it's natural energetic rhythm once again. 

The appropriate crystals may be placed on the seven main Chakras running up the centre of our body

And Some crystals are placed around the body , these link the subtle energy fields of our aura to the physical , spiritual mental and emotional bodies of our beings

The wearing of certain crystals can bring balance too , such as yellow citrine may uplift you , rose quartz may help to ease heartache and is often used for protection and amethyst can aid a sound sleep and is also a great crystal for intuition and linking to spirit .
